You are Invited to:

celebrating National Arts in Education Week

Creative Impact 2016
Thursday, September 15, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Wilsey Center for Opera – Veteran’s Building
401 Van Ness Avenue 4th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94102

Join Bay Area arts and education leaders for an evening of wine, food, music and conversational storytelling in celebration of the 6th Annual Creative Impact during National Arts in Education Week.  This conversation is part of a year-long Listening Campaign on the theme of “Creative Voices.”

The goal of this yearlong initiative is to unify and mobilize students, parents, teachers, and community leaders to harness the power of the arts to improve public education. Join us in a thought-provoking and inspiring evening that will help us all move together from thought to action. Creative Impact partnership organizations are working together to create a 5 year community plan that will leverage resources and solutions for youth and artful communities across the Bay Area.

This will only be successful if the entire community participates. Come and share your ideas for what we need to do together.  Reach out to a friend or colleague from the business, public health, housing and other sectors that need to be part of the solution, and bring them along.

This event is FREE and open to the public. RSVP here.

This event is generously hosted by the Alameda County Office of Education and San Francisco Opera.

Creative Impact is an alliance of arts and education organizations, individuals and communities across the San Francisco Bay Area dedicated to strengthening, enriching, and improving the social fabric of our community through arts education.

Creative Impact Partner Organizations: Alameda County Arts Commission,
Alameda County Office of Education, Alliance for Arts Learning Leadership of the Bay Area,
Arts Education Alliance of the Bay Area,
Asian Art Museum, San Francisco Arts Commission,
